This Porcelain sub-species is pungent with medium-heat garlic and a decent amount of allicin content, which makes it healthy. Music is spicy when raw, but mellows up when cooked and baked. Very cold tolerant, disease resistant. strain we obtained from New York state several years ago, and has grown great in our climate.
