A garlic-fan’s favorite, as it is an excellent all around table variety. Strong raw flavor that mellows some when cooked. This porcelain variety is great for use in the kitchen and boasts a rich, garlicky, robust flavor with ~5 easy to peel jumbo cloves/bulb. From Northern Germany.
Please Note- we often plant the “Medium” size of this variety, and they typically size up to a “large” garlic with favorable conditions. Each bulb has 4-6 HUGE cloves with great genetics!
